Think over once again if you really want it and if you are really ready to marry a foreigner. To understand this question we should answer its compounds: why? for what? what does it threaten with?

Why do Russian women look for men abroad?

1. There are not enough men of marriage age in Russia.
It's well known that there are more men than women in our country. Statistics shows that there are about 97 men for each 100 women. It means that 3 women have to stay alone among each 100.
This statistics seems very sad if it's considered according to regions and age. Men die earlier and a part of them die in young age. Men are subject to serious diseases and heart diseases are on the first place.
As a result of it, in large cities every ninth woman at the age of 35 and older can not find a marriage partner.

2.Harmful habits
Our Russian men are famous for their hard drinking. It's impossible to say, that there is no such problem in other countries, but in Russia alcoholism is the most acute problem. We catch up and pass America in the question of hard drinks' consumption
In Russia: if your husband doesn't drink, he is almost an angel, only without wings. To have a non-drinking husband is considered to be a great luck, even if he doesn't possess any other marits
Besides hard drinking, our men have a lot of other "good" traits of character: laziness, infidelity, and the absence of striving for self-development. In other words, Russian women describe our men so: Russian men are awful.

3. Crisis economic situation of modern Russia
It stands to reason that our standard of living differs from the western one - to the worst side day after day. Sometimes it looks like heroism when our women give birth to a child in our country. It's necessary to possess some courage to bear a child in Russia.
Larisa, 24 years (Samara): I want happiness and well-being for my future children. Unfortunately, present situation in Russia doesn't allow to hope for it.
Tatyana, 25 years (Omsk): In Russia today it's impossible to live by "tomorrow". I want some stability. Dear pretty Russian women! Nobody can accuse you that you are looking for easy life.

It's absolutely normal to want good life. It's not normal to be reconciled with hard vegetation. You mustn't stay alone or connect your life with any man. You don't "betray" your Motherland, dreaming of living abroad. Every person has a right for happiness and normal life.

For what?
You should understand that you are not trying to find a fiance only. You are going to change your life for the better. You are going to have normal and interesting life in normal country and normal future for your children. You should imagine what reward you will get at the end of your way. Write what you are waiting from a foreign marriage and hang this paper on the wall above your bed not to forget.
